1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order (this timeframe can be adjusted as needed).

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging with tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items on sale or clearance
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Personal or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your payment provider
• If the issue persists, contact us for assistance

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.

6. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
